I got a call from someone claiming that five of his six workers got food poisoning and he said it was because of our eggs. He demanded money to be sent to a woman’s bank account whose info he gave us. Then he threatened to smash a truck through our windows if we didn’t pay up. Later, he rang again asking when we’d transfer the cash, and I told him we're not doing it. Before hanging up, he said he’d be seeing us soon.

He rang me once more because I refused to give him a refund, and now he's gone and threatened to burn down the cafe.
