Picked up the phone and was met with what seemed like one of those recorded messages claiming to be from the VISA fraud department. They said someone had supposedly charged over £700 on my Amazon account. Then they told me to press 1 if I hadn't made the purchase. Obviously, I didn’t press anything... no idea what kind of mess I’d get into if I did.

I keep getting calls from a BT mobile number but the final three digits keep changing. I don’t even have any account or membership with BT since I had a pretty awful experience with their customer service a while back.
