This was totally a scam. They claimed to be from BT and said there was a problem with my internet connection. Foolishly, I let them take over my computer. When I told them I was hanging up, they even tried to erase my files! On top of that, they wanted permission to access my phone and install some app. That’s when I finally shut it down. Don’t be as daft as me and fall for it!

Got a call from 07958567740 but as soon as I picked up, they hung up. Could have been a misdial or maybe some dodgy scam. I phoned back hiding my number but it went straight to voicemail. Left a message saying to get in touch if it was urgent. Never heard back from them though.
