I got one call from them yesterday and then they rang me twice within like 10 minutes.

They called me in the middle of a lesson and honestly, after seeing what others said here, I’m kinda relieved I missed it. I tried calling back like 5 times but it just kept going to voicemail or saying the number wasn’t valid.

Got a call from some accident claims mob in India going by "accident advice bureau" - they wouldn't share any proper company info and just dropped the call on me. Totally shady.

When i picked up the phone all i heard was lots of noise in the back and some guy talking with an indian accent.

This caller just kept going on about some crash I was supposedly in, yet never gave me any proper details and kept asking for stuff. Once I said no, he just cut the call straight away.

This number rang me but I didn’t get an answer when I picked up. I used some tools to dig up a name and place connected to it. Turns out I know someone nearby in the UK who’s gonna look into it this week. The family name I found hidden in the code is Nigeria. I’ll share all the info I found here, including bank details and the family’s account info. Do whatever you want with it, I’m staying clear of it myself. Just putting the info out there for anyone interested, no charge.

It was some call centre from India. They kept saying I’d had some accident in the last three years. Told the bloke no, and even if I did it’s personal and not for him to know and then just ended the call. Proper sick of these calls.

The caller is clearly using a number spoofing app. Funny enough, one of these app sellers actually cautions that some official bodies, like the police or emergency services, can still trace your real mobile number even if you use #67. So it’s a bad idea to try hiding your number when ringing such places. Plus, laws against telephone harassment make it illegal to mask your number when making bothersome or unwanted calls. If you do disguise your number, even via a middleman service, you could face legal consequences if those calls are rude, annoying, or threatening.

I got a call from a guy with an Asian accent who said he was ringing from a law firm about someone linked to my mobile number having an accident. I told him I hadn’t been in any accident and he kept asking if I was absolutely certain, mentioning times like the past couple years, at work, outside, in a vehicle and so on. Pretty suspicious to me, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked that number now.

Got a call from a bloke who sounded like he was from the UK but had an asian accent. He kept bombarding me with questions. I told him to wait a sec while I tried to make sense of what he was saying. They claimed they found my number through some road accident database (which I don't think exists). Asked if I'd been in any crashes over the past couple of years.

i called the number back and it said something about being on a test server and even gave the ip address. pretty sure this is some kind of hack attempt. better stay away from this number.
