Got a call today from some bloke saying my BT direct debit was about to expire. Problem is, I don’t even have a BT account. The guy, who had an Indian accent, got really pushy when I said I didn’t use BT. He kept pestering me for my bank details to "sort out" the direct debit. Ended up hanging up on him and blocked the number straight away.

Got a call out of the blue saying I was being looked into for some national insurance stuff and that I should speak with one of their agents. They mentioned that an arrest warrant was going to be put out. Honestly, it’s pretty unsettling to get calls like that.

I've been getting calls from all sorts of different numbers non stop, and even when I ask them to take my number off their list, they just won't do it and don't really say why. It's like they’re just pestering you. Quite frustrating!

They called me saying I owed money to Royal Mail, which seemed odd. Definitely felt like a scam to me.

Got a call pretending to be from the post office, saying I owed money for some postage that was supposedly underpaid. Seemed dodgy so I blocked the number and reported it straight away.

Got a dodgy text saying I owed a bit more for shipping on a parcel from the post, clearly a scam trying to get money.
