Today, I received a call from a lady saying she worked for Amazon. She mentioned that around £100 had been withdrawn from my bank and said they needed to verify it was me. She then requested I confirm my details by answering some questions about my account. Having been a long-time Amazon customer, it was clear to me she was a fraud. Amazon simply wouldn't handle things like that.
