I find myself in a similar situation. It’s either downright peculiar or remarkably shrewd. Quite honestly, it's extraordinarily clever. Impressive levels of ingenuity at play here!

We keep getting calls from this number, and whenever we try to return the call, it turns out to be our mum! After checking her contact details, it was a perfect match. It seems she's been trying to get hold of us.

I’ve just found out that she’s been passed onto our mum in the States. This whole thing feels like a dodgy scheme aimed at making a quick buck. Seriously, don’t bother calling them back. We had a chat with T-MOBILE regarding the 079 number, and it appears these folks reckon it’s linked to a callback service that’s just a high-stakes con. I’m on tenterhooks waiting to see if we end up getting charged. Cheers, Peter Black from Bristol.

This has led us straight to our mum over in the States. It’s got the hallmarks of a dodgy money-making scam, if you ask me. Steer clear of ringing them back! We’ve already had a word with T-MOBILE (079), and it seems these folks think it’s some sort of reverse phone call or a high premium rate ruse. We’re just keeping an eye on our bill now, curious to find out if we get hit with any charges. Cheers, Peter Black from Bristol.

What a bizarre situation! I encountered this utterly inebriated lady who, rather strangely, threatened to call the police and then bizarrely suggested that I should meet her. Whoever this person is, he’s a real oddball. He eventually started shouting in a rather unhinged manner. If you ever get a call from this number, do yourself a favour and steer clear of returning it. Truly peculiar behaviour, I must say. Cheers, Ronald.

We’ve had the exact same experience. The moment we dialled that number, it was instantly sent straight to our mum. Quite impressive, really!

This call ended up going to our mother in the States. It’s got all the hallmarks of a dodgy money-making scam. Definitely don’t bother ringing them back! We had a chat with T-MOBILE (079) and they reckon it’s some sort of high-premium reverse call trickery. Now we’re just hanging tight to see how our bill looks to find out if we’ve been stung. Cheers, Peter Black from Bristol.

Just a quick update: We've gone through our phone bill and noticed that they've actually charged us. What a farcical money-grabbing scheme! I strongly advise against calling this number.

We didn't understand this one bit. A rather eccentric girl claimed she's going to involve the police. Best to steer clear of this number!
