Where do I even begin!! This number keeps ringing me constantly and when I told them I’m on the TPS list, the bloke just didn’t bother and started yelling and cussing at me. I acted clueless just to find out it’s an insurance company. When I mentioned I’d been in a car crash, he suddenly got all nice and interested. Got two calls from someone saying they were ACA, which I guess might mean Ambulance Chasers Anonymous! They mentioned my recent accident and actually seemed to know some real details since my claim was settled just 2 days ago. They claimed to be ringing from the other driver’s insurance to check if I got all the compensation due. If it wasn’t my fault, I might’ve bought it! Also, when did call centres start using mobile numbers for official calls? Felt dodgy to me.

This number is the WORST - a super rude bloke with an Indian accent keeps ringing about "my accident or anyone I know who’s had one". No matter how many times I say stop, he just won’t quit. Tried blocking it but then they just leave these really long voicemails instead. Proper annoying. How are these people still allowed to do this? Someone needs to put an end to it!

This number rings me every day without fail. It’s always a man with an Indian accent asking for my personal info, which I never share. He gets really annoyed about it. At first, he claimed I’d won an iPad in some contest I never even joined. Then he switched to trying to sell me life insurance because I’m nearly 50. I told him as a Police Officer I’m well protected, and if he kept pestering me I’d report him since I could trace him (which I actually can’t). The calls haven’t stopped though, unfortunately. But if he rings and I pick up, I’ll be taking steps against him.
