Someone called me up claiming to be 'Lisa' from 'Crime Prevention Magazine'. This is actually the second time this number has rung me. A while back, I had quite a tough run-in with a similar 'magazine', so I didn’t bother to entertain the call and quickly said no thanks before anything progressed. I've now blocked the number. When they rang me the first time, the caller was pushing to sell me advertising, acting like I had already signed up to buy it. The last time I dealt with a situation like this, it even ended up with Greater Manchester Police looking into it.
