I received a call from this person who seemed to know my name, yet it felt as if they weren’t able to hear me at all. I have a strong suspicion they were listening but then abruptly disconnected. I get the impression they were trying to lure me into calling back, and I reckon it could end up costing quite a bit, which screams scam to me. I chose not to return the call. Just a heads up for everyone!
