similar to a few others, this caller said they were from royal mail. i was waiting for a parcel so nearly believed it but got suspicious when the link asked me to pay £2.99 and give loads of personal info. obviously didnt go for that.

Just got a missed delivery alert and I’m proper confused. How on earth did they get hold of my mobile number? I didn’t give it to any delivery service, didn’t sign up for any texts. Feels a bit dodgy if you ask me. Anyone else had this happen? Seems like they’re getting info from somewhere they shouldn’t be.

Got a message claiming to be from Royal Mail saying a parcel was waiting for redelivery. Thing is, I haven't ordered anything recently. The message had a dodgy link too - definitely a scam.

got a text supposedly from royal mail saying i missed a delivery. i was actually home and my parcel didnt need a signature anyway so wasnt expecting any issues. the text asked for £2.99 to resend the parcel and wanted all my info including my date of birth. this seems like a trick that could fool people waiting for packages. be careful!
