I got a call from someone claiming to be from EE fraud team, saying I had a debt of £450. Then they passed me over to another person who insisted I owed £1,454 plus VAT. When I asked what the charges were for, they got really aggressive and started shouting at me, telling me I had to pay immediately or else they’d take further steps. They even said I should expect someone to come round to my house to collect the money.
