This morning I rang 150 to cancel the phone service at this address since I'm moving out, and the person said they'd cancel two mobiles. Thing is, I only have one mobile. I asked about the number starting with 0795. The signal here has always been rubbish, so I'm starting to think it might be some kind of ‘piggyback scam’ where I end up paying the bill but they’re using the phone for free. It should have been from BT since I dealt with them here, but honestly, it’s all a bit confusing.

Got a call showing up as international on our phone. When we picked up, the person claimed they were from BT but as soon as we asked some questions, they just hung up on us.
