Today, I received a rather puzzling phone call from someone with shockingly poor command of the English language who inquired whether I was struggling with debt. He went on about how he could assist me in clearing my financial obligations, insisting that all I needed to do was provide him with a few details. Frankly, it was evident to me that I was dealing with a complete charlatan.

That’s actually my number being used without permission! Ever since yesterday morning, I’ve received over 400 messages from people asking who I am. EE said they can’t really help with this spoofing issue. Really frustrating, and I hope this number gets blocked soon. Sorry for the hassle!

Got a call from 07956552123, sounded like a dodgy call centre pretending to be from the Government. They said it was from an official dept, but since everyone’s working from home now, that sounded off. Pretty sure it’s a scam!

Got a call from some Jason bloke claiming he was from National something or other about my debt. Totally sounded like a scam to me, no way I’m falling for that! Haha.
