Just got a call from someone claiming to be Virgin Media, but it was from a different number. They said my internet was way too slow and then handed me over to someone in senior management. I stuck with them on the phone for about 25 minutes. They asked me to install AnyDesk, but there’s no way I was doing that. I told them my wifi is rubbish and it wouldn't even open. Honestly, total waste of their time, not mine. Feels dodgy, so I'd steer clear of that number.
