Got a call from a bloke claiming to be from BT saying my internet had issues. I wasn’t sure about any problems and didn’t know if he was legit, so I asked him to send me details through my email instead. As soon as he realised I wasn’t going to mess with my internet just to satisfy him, he started getting aggressive and threatened to disconnect me. I told him if he really did that and he was genuine, I’d make a claim for compensation from BT. Then he just hung up on me. Marked this number as suspicious. Not 100% sure, but it definitely seemed dodgy to me.
