For sure a scam! Got a recorded woman voice saying she was from 'bank security', telling me there were two charges on my account - £199 on Amazon and over a thousand pounds sent somewhere. This has happened loads of times. I just end the call and block the number straight away. No real bank would ring you on a mobile like that, it’s just not how they work.
