Whenever I pick up the phone, nobody talks and then they just hang up straight away. Feels like some sort of annoying scam or spam call. It’s not just irritating anymore, it’s starting to feel quite invasive and worrying. I don’t understand why the do-not-call list I signed up to doesn’t seem to block these calls. Bristol, July 2022.
