So I got a call from some bloke claiming to be my landlord and he even used my first name! Thing is, I actually own where I live, so no landlord to speak of. Pretty strange situation!

A chap rang me up, asking me to verify my name, address, and date of birth. However, when he messed up my name, I decided to terminate the call right away.
