Got a call on my phone from a number in Cardiff, UK. Didn’t recognise it at all and it wasn’t saved in my contacts. I chose not to pick up and they didn’t leave any voicemail either. Ended up blocking the number and deleting it from my recent calls.

I picked up the phone, but the caller just dropped the line on me. Proper UK businesses aren’t allowed to behave like that. Since I didn’t agree to get called and it’s really disruptive having to deal with calls like this, I’m labelling it as harassment.

I wasnt really sure who they were but when I rang back all I got was that old dial up noise, so im thinking its probably a scam.

I got a call earlier from someone who knew my name, saying they were from a government energy-saving programme offering loft insulation. When I told him I lived in a flat and didn’t have a loft, he just ended the call right away!
