Got a call from an automated voice claiming to be from the national crime agency's investigation unit, saying my national insurance number was used fraudulently. I didn’t even bother listening to the rest and just hung up. They tried the same trick from a different number a few days ago. This is definitely a well-known SCAM in the UK, I reported it online to the fraud preventions team and there’re warnings about it on their website.

scam alert - rang a customer demanding PAYE that wasnt due. They were really pushy, quite rude and even threatened to visit the business with a locksmith to take stuff. Ended up contacting the police.

This bloke sounded real pushy claiming he was from Birmingham courts, even gave names and addresses but it’s got to be a scam.

Proper nasty scammer this one. Says he’s a bailiff and gets all threatening when you call him out on it. Really unpleasant person going after businesses.
