Got a call from some bloke named 'Mark' saying he was from BT and warning about scam calls and emails from fake numbers. Bit rich, considering it was a total SCAM itself! When I questioned him, he got all snappy and rude. If anyone else gets a call like this, just say you’ll ring your provider’s support to confirm what they’re saying. Don’t mention which company you’re with - I reckon they’ll either drop the call or turn nasty. Honestly, best to just hang up straight away and contact your provider yourself.
