This number rang me a few days ago claiming I owed money on some unsecured debts. The bloke did know my name, but I told him I had no clue what he was talking about and he just cut me off quickly. Then today, I got called again, but this time they asked for a woman with my surname. I said he had dialled the wrong number and he hung up straight away. Had a look online and loads of people are reporting exactly the same thing. Honestly, avoid this number if you can!

This number rang me yesterday but I didn’t pick up, so when they called again today I decided to answer. A lady with an Indian accent came on and asked to talk to me. I asked her who she was and she started saying I supposedly have loans, credit cards, overdrafts, and other debts I supposedly didn’t insure - none of which is true. When I told her I didn’t have any of that, she just ended the call.

I’ll give them credit for being persistent. The first time they called, they claimed to be from Citizens Advice. The second time, the caller didn’t say much but wanted to speak to my son. I told them I had no idea where he was, and they just hung up. They called again today but I didn’t answer. Feels like a scam to me.

Loads of times I've been phoned by this firm, but they use different phone numbers each time. Every time they claim they're calling on behalf of Citizens Advice, which is definitely not true, and when you ask who they really work for, they just won't tell you. I told them to stop calling and take me off their list, but they keep ringing multiple times every week. Stay clear of them!!!

I had a call from someone who was so rude! He kept insisting I owed money I actually don’t have and claimed he could fix it. I tried to be nice and told him I wasn’t interested after hearing him out, but as soon as I said that, he snapped at me and just ended the call abruptly. Proper cheek!

Just had a call from someone saying they were with the government. When I asked them to remove my info from their system, they suddenly got really rude. I asked for their name and all they said was “welcome to hell” - definitely felt like a scam to me. Plus, the bloke didn’t sound British at all. I told him to jog on, proper bellend, since he was winding me up and kept saying he didn’t care about my opinion. I’ve blocked the number now.

Got a call from a woman speaking with an Indian accent, claiming she was from a debt collection company. She started talking about my credit cards and unsecured loans, which I don't have. I’m not sure who was ringing me, but as soon as I picked up, the caller just dropped the line. I don’t know if it’s anything dodgy, but it might be one of those calls where they check if your number’s active so they can bombard you with spam messages later.

Thing is, I don’t owe anything like that. I just told them I wasn’t interested and ended the call straight away. Then I blocked the number. Feels like one of those dodgy phishing attempts to me - if you stick around and start sharing info, you might be giving them what they want. Best advice? Just hang up and block. Don’t share any personal stuff, I wouldn’t trust this caller or their story for a second.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from Citizens Advice, saying my file was flagged because I hadn’t been paying some bills. The bloke said he could sort it out with a financial plan. When I asked who I supposedly owed money to, he said he’d checked and it was a Barclays account. Thing is, I don’t even have an account with Barclays. Then he said I owed £6100. I know for a fact I don’t owe anything close to that. So I told him I have his number and I’d be reporting this to the police. Suddenly he sounded nervous and told me not to contact them. I just ended the call there.
