I got a voicemail saying it was from ‘bank security’ - didn’t say which bank though. They said there were big charges on my account for Amazon and Zoom and told me to press ‘1’ to confirm or ‘2’ to talk to ‘bank security’. The caller had a British accent. It’s happened twice in two days, from different numbers each time. I didn’t pick up or press anything, and the call just ended after about half a minute. Pretty sure it’s a scam, so seriously, don’t press any buttons or reply! Planning to report this to trading standards here in Great Yarmouth.
