Got a call on 22nd October at about 10:33 from someone pretending to be from BT. The person had an Indian accent and strangely knew both my mobile and landline numbers. They couldn’t give me my actual account number though, which made me suspicious. They wanted to send a confirmation code to my phone, but I ended the call straight away and made sure to block that number afterwards. Definitely felt like a scam.
