Got a call from someone saying my lad had hurt their boy but when I asked what school the kids went to, they couldn’t say. Then they mentioned they’d be round in 15 minutes - as if I was waiting for that! Afterwards, they admitted it was actually their neighbour’s child and said sorry, then asked if we could have a cuppa or something. I just told them to forget the whole thing.

Got a voicemail from someone claiming to be the dad of a kid in my son’s class. The guy started going on about how I’m not doing a great job raising my child or something. It was all pretty unclear and weird, so I just ended the call. Didn’t really know what the point was.
