Got a call from some centre, loads of noise in the background and the person speaking had a really thick foreign accent. They said they were from 'home benefit' or something similar. They knew my name and where I live, but they never actually explained why they were ringing. I've labelled it as harassment since I never agreed to be contacted and these calls keep coming several times every day.
