Got a call claiming loads of money was spent from my account on Amazon stuff. They told me to press 1 if that’s right or 2 if it’s not, but I’m pretty sure both options just lead to the same trap. Definitely don’t press anything, it’s a total scam. This is the second time I’ve had this call and I just hung up straight away both times. Since the number’s from a BT customer, I’m thinking of contacting BT to report it and see if they can help.
