Got a call from a guy who said his name was Tom and claimed he was from the tech team at 'Open Reach' (he never mentioned BT Open Reach though). He wanted to discuss my internet. I cut him off straightaway, asked for his full details, then told him my internet was working perfectly fine. He ended the call quickly after that. Definitely a dodgy call - best not to get involved!
