Just got a call on my home phone a little while back. There was a recorded female voice saying my bank card had been charged for two purchases. The message said if I didn’t want those payments to go through, I should ring them back. Obviously, it’s a scam trying to steal bank info and my cash! I’m quite sharp for my age but I worry some older folks might be really frightened by this and end up getting scammed badly.
