beware of tax refund scams asking for your signature on forms. they've already got your info so don’t get caught out. check the bbc site for info on these dodgy tax scams.

They tell you about a tax rebate but say they’ll deal with HMRC for you, then end up taking any refund straight to themselves. Basically, they get control of your tax records and hold onto your refund. Totally dodgy.
