Got a call from this Indian call centre saying I’d splashed out £600 with Amazon, trying to verify my ID. I told them they’d got it wrong and I’d actually sent £60,000! She asked if I was taking the mick, so I told her she was just as daft as me. She paused for a bit, then hung up. Seriously, they need to find proper work.
