Got a call from someone claiming there’d been a terrible car accident, trying to reach their mum but said they couldn’t call cause no credit left. They said their mate had died and the sister was in hospital seriously ill, asking if I could send some phone credit so they could contact the victim’s family. When I tried calling back, they didn’t pick up. Then, when I brought up the police, they replied with a disgusting message about doing sexual things for cash. Proper nasty scam. Gave us a real scare thinking someone we knew was hurt.

this caller is a total scammer. they keep asking for money or phone credit, trying to trick you out of cash. feels awful, i wish i could track them down and make them pay for what they’re doing. my missus actually thought our lad was in trouble and nearly lost it. if only i could catch them!

Received a rather unsettling message on Sunday, 1st May 2016, regarding a nasty car crash, urging me to respond via text. I chose not to reply since all my kids were home and unharmed. The message lacked any names or the name of the hospital where the alleged injured individuals were taken. I can't shake the feeling this might have been the work of a phone hacker.

What a nasty lot!! They go around texting people all upset about a boy badly hurt in a car crash and that his friend and sister died too, in the same accident!! Don’t they realise how messed up it is to send stuff like that?! Surely they’ve got better things to do!

Someone’s been texting me about their daughter being hurt badly in a car accident - really messed up stuff! Whoever owns this number seems to be a very twisted individual!
