I keep getting calls from a stranger who insists my name isn’t right, even though I told them they must have made a mistake. They keep saying they know they’ve got the correct number, but I’m not convinced. It’s pretty frustrating getting called by someone who clearly doesn’t know who they’re talking to.

I got a message saying I hadn’t paid my latest bill and to update my info at some weird link: [#]02[###].acé g2 H##]/702=2 or I’d get extra charges. The thing is, I’m not even with 02, so I don’t know what that was about.
