Just got a message from someone saying they were Hermes, asking me to pay delivery charges for a parcel. I haven't bought anything lately, so I’m pretty sure it's one of those scams.

I got a call supposedly from Hermes saying I needed to pay before they delivered my parcel. I use Hermes pretty often and I've got a direct debit set up, so they usually just take the money after delivery and then send me a bill. Seems a bit off to me.
