Got a message about a Parking Penalty Charge Notice from a local council. It said it’s illegal to move or mess with the notice unless you’re the owner, in charge of the car, or an official trying to enforce it. Claimed there’s a 50% discount if you pay inside two weeks. The link looked super sketchy and there was loads of spelling mistakes anyway, plus I don’t even drive or have a car. Total scam in my opinion.
