I recently received a rather dodgy text from this number, claiming to be from Lloyds, alerting me to an unauthorised transaction being attempted with a new payee. The message instructed me to cancel by following a link to https://unauth-payee.com.
I suspect it's a scam and we ought to raise the alarm before someone unsuspecting falls prey to it and ends up with a drained bank account.
Please take this seriously; it's blatant fraud and we need to act on it without delay.
