10 yearsAn individual phoned us claiming to be from Orange, trying to sell us something we previously received at no cost. When we mentioned that we no longer had an account with them, they muttered some expletives and abruptly ended the call. Upon redialling, they accused us of not being English and rudely called us a derogatory term. Just so you know, we received our phone completely free, and they also provided us with a Bluetooth headset and a car charger, which has significantly reduced our bills.
