Pretty sure this was a scam. The caller said they were from Virgin Media and claimed my wifi wasn’t working right. They wanted me to do a speed test on my phone, probably hoping it would show slow results to make their story believable. Instead, I checked my internet speed on my wired desktop while chatting with them, and everything was fine and fast. I ended the call straight away after that.
