She said there were two suspicious charges on my card - one for £199 supposedly to 'Amazon' and another one for £899 to 'Zoom'. The message told me to press 1 if I recognise the payments or 2 if I want to talk to their security team. Don’t bother pressing any buttons, it’s definitely a con.
