Got a scam call today where they pretended to be from the National Insurance office. Total con!

Got a voicemail claiming to be from the national fraud agency saying my insurance number was involved in dodgy stuff. They said if I didn’t hit 1 my insurance would be cancelled and I’d get arrested for fraud. Had 4 calls today all with the same message, mixed man and woman’s voice that sounded American, coming from different 07967 numbers. Blocked and reported them all.

Looks like today’s a prime day for dodgy calls. Got my second one within an hour. I stepped away from my phone for like 10 minutes and came back to see three missed calls. Thought it might be someone important so I called back, but it just went straight to voicemail. Tried to leave a message but the voicemail box was full!
