On the 7th of February 2026 at about half past midday, I got a call from a lady with quite a thick accent who said she was from HMRC. She mentioned some letter that supposedly had been sent to me, which I never got, and told me to press 1 to speak to the department. When I didn’t respond, she just hung up.
