Can someone enlighten me about this number? I've just seen a charge of £35.60 for what appears to be a four-hour conversation! I must say, I find this quite baffling as I don't recall calling this number at all. Being partially deaf makes phone conversations particularly challenging for me, and I certainly wouldn't be on the line for that long. Is this some sort of scam going on?
