This is probably a con. The website address seems to mimic Royal Mail but it’s definitely not the real deal.

Another classic trick from those scammers, pretending to be Royal Mail saying there’s an unpaid shipping charge on a parcel. It’s really frustrating that mobile companies and the officials don't do more to stop these pests from squandering our time and energy while profiting off stealing from innocent people.
