Got a voicemail from someone claiming to be HMRC, saying I'd better press 1 or they'd take legal steps. Not falling for that nonsense!

I've had this number ring me up loads. I looked it up and since I'm not with EE, I'm guessing it's either some sales call or maybe a scam. I just won't pick up though, mainly because they keep ringing non stop which feels a bit like harassment, and also I don’t pick up calls from numbers I don't recognise, especially if they don't bother leaving a message.
