Got a call from an unknown mobile number with an automated message saying I’d been charged £700 on my account. It asked me to press a digit to talk to an agent, but when I didn’t it just ended the call. I tried ringing back and it went right to an EE voicemail. Definitely sounds like a scam to me. If it was genuine, they’d identify themselves properly and give more info, not call from a random number. Be careful and don’t share your info with these callers!
