Got a call saying there was an issue with my BT internet. I asked why they were ringing from a mobile number and was told it was also a problem with my landline. The caller then claimed people were using my internet without permission. I said it can’t be BT because I’m not with them, to which he replied that I’m actually a Sky customer and don’t understand that BT supplies internet to Sky. When I said I wasn't with Sky either, he just ended the call.
