Claim for help with disrepair to my home. Faye wants all photos. Then she will send a building engineer that I don't pay for. Then they get in touch with the housing association to get the repairs done. I mentioned, what about government compensation? Well, we can do that; we take 25% after expenses!

Got a call earlier from some firm that sorts out house repairs. Wasn’t expecting it and I didn’t recognise the number so I checked it here first. Looks like the company does renovations and stuff like that. Didn’t pick up in the end but might give them a go if I need any work done around the place.
