Some foreign lady called me and couldn’t figure out if my first name was this or that. She kept saying I owe money or something. I asked her who told her that and she suddenly went, "Oh, so you don’t owe anything? That’s alright then." Got a call from a guy who spoke with a really thick accent, maybe Nigerian? Said he was calling about some 'fraud payment' and kept going on about unsecured debts. He seemed to know way too much about me - like my name, number, and even my address. As soon as I brought up the TPS, he just ended the call straight away.

I saw this number called me but when I tried calling it back it just said the line was disconnected. Seems a bit fishy to me, really don’t think it’s worth bothering to answer or call back.

This guy with an Asian accent called me, asking for me by name. When my partner asked who he was and which company he represented, he just hung up straight away. Looks like another scammer fishing for info. He's tried ringing me on more than one phone - this is the second different number he’s used! The other one’s saved here as 07516537332 - definitely dodgy. Watch out for these, make sure you block them all.

I once gave my phone number to an estate agent in Waterlooville, Hampshire, but used a fake name because I didn’t want to be bothered. Since then, I’ve started getting calls from this number about debt collection and Citizens Advice. The only way they could have got my info is from that estate agent, as they had my address and the fake name I gave them!

Got a call earlier from some bloke overseas who said he was from the CAB, telling me I owed debts that needed sorting. Didn't believe a word of it, especially since I can’t pay up if I don’t have the money. Felt a bit uneasy since he seemed to know loads about me. Ended up blocking the number 'cause he was really quite rude.

got another call from a number today, and I actually picked up this time. the bloke had a really strong accent, had to ask him twice what the call was about. he said something about owing money on my credit card. I told him there's no way, and he just cut the call instantly.

When I finally picked up the fourth call, a bloke with a heavy accent asked if he could speak to me. As soon as I asked who he was and what the call was about, he just cut off. Bit odd if you ask me. Got a ring from this number earlier claiming to be from the Citizens Advice Bureau. They started asking me about some unsecured loan I supposedly have, saying I’m only making the minimum payments. Said it wasn’t a sales call, just some kind of public service warning. I just ended the call straight away.
