Here we go again with those dodgy calls from India about "Bank Security" claiming unauthorised charges like £199 on Amazon or some rubbish about £899. I hit option two and ended up speaking to a guy with a heavy Indian accent who said his name was "Robert" - had me chuckling! When I asked him why they keep running these blatant scams, he just cut the call.
